All Round Good Bloke.  Ted's broad experiences from growing up in Blackall, working in finance, to becoming a tradie in his 30's means that he brings a unique experience to Drayton Bolts and Fasteners.  When Ted isn't behind the counter, providing friendly advice, you might find him in the workshop out the back, helping out one of his son's footy teams or golfing (most likely golfing).
